These terms and conditions apply to the WOTG app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Suvidha Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Service Provider") as a Free service.

By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application are also not permitted. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services, and will communicate such changes clearly. The Application stores and processes your personal data as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking/rooting your phone, as this can compromise security and affect functionality.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services with their own terms. Refer to their policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Connectivity & Charges

Some functions require an internet connection. If you lack Wi-Fi or exhaust mobile data, the Application may not work properly. Charges may apply based on your mobile plan, especially while roaming.

Device Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and capable of running the Application. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses due to device or connectivity issues.

Updates & Termination

The Application may be updated or discontinued at any time. If terminated, your rights to use the Application will end, and you must uninstall it.
